Wands are meant to be used to direct energy or power. They are not the threatening objects that have been glorified through books and movies. The type of wand is up to the Witch to decide. The wands can vary from size and material, as long as the Witch and the wand have a connection and shared purpose.
Over time, a Witch may have several wands, all for different purposes. Some can be fragile and elegant, and some can be made from a mere fallen tree branch. There is no master list of wand types for specific spells or rituals. The power and purpose of the wand lies with the Witch.
